Jeep positions India at centre of Asia-Pacific growth

Jeep on Thursday reaffirmed its long-term commitment to India and the Asia-Pacific region with the announcement of its Strategic Plan Jeep 2.0, positioning India at the centre of its growth, manufacturing and export strategy.
The plan outlines a phased and sustainable roadmap focused on product relevance, deep localisation, export expansion and an enhanced ownership experience.
Jeep said the strategy is anchored in brand heritage, passion, capability and desirability, while leveraging India as a critical manufacturing, engineering and software hub within Stellantis’ global ecosystem.
Commenting on the announcement, Shailesh Hazela, CEO and Managing Director of Stellantis India, said the Strategic Plan Jeep 2.0 lays out a clear roadmap to sharpen the brand’s product strategy and customer experience.
“We are focused on deeper localisation, global product alignment and programmes that deliver real value, while ensuring our existing customers receive the support, service and confidence they expect from Jeep,” he said, adding that long-term commitment and resilience are essential for success in the Indian market.
